Install the iPhone app through Apple TestFlight. View your assigned routes, capture delivery photos and signatures, and save stop information while you work.
Open this page on your iPhone. TestFlight manages installation and beta updates.
Set up and repair iPhone notifications
Set this up while parked, with mobile data or Wi-Fi connected. These steps link this phone to your driver account for customer messages and route alerts.
- Open Drive It and sign in with your approved driver account.
- Open Account → Notifications & device tools.
- Under Job and message notifications, tap Enable and securely link this device. You can also use Enable notifications on the Your work screen.
- Allow notifications when your phone asks, then wait for Registered with Nexus. Delivery still needs a test notification.
- Arrange a test with the Nexus office. Lock the phone, check that the alert arrives, then tap it to confirm the correct route or message opens. Registration alone does not prove delivery.
iPhone settings: open Settings → Notifications → Nexus Drive It and switch on Allow Notifications, Lock Screen, Banners and Sounds. Check Focus / Do Not Disturb if alerts are silenced. Reopen Drive It after changing permissions, then link the device again.
Still not receiving alerts?
- Notifications are not enabled: allow them in your phone settings, reopen Drive It and tap the link button again.
- Registration pending or linking will retry: check your connection, leave Drive It open briefly and tap the link button again. The app also retries registration when connected.
- Registered, but no alert: check Focus / Do Not Disturb and ask the office to check the test result.
Stay signed in for work alerts. Signing out disconnects this phone from driver notifications. Do not uninstall Drive It or clear its data while it contains unsent delivery evidence.
If the problem continues, contact Nexus with your phone model, app version and exact notification status. Do not send your password or customer details.
Install in three steps
- Get TestFlight. Install Apple TestFlight from the App Store on your iPhone.
- Accept the invitation. Return here and tap Join the iPhone beta, then follow the invitation in TestFlight and tap Install. Existing testers can tap Update when offered.
- Sign in to Drive It. Use your approved Nexus driver account. Joining TestFlight does not create a driver account or grant access to routes.
This is a beta invitation, not a public App Store release. TestFlight shows the version available to your device. If no build is offered, contact Nexus with the message displayed.
What to test
Try photo capture, customer name and signature, Save information, then Depart back to the route list. Check the End route control too.
Send feedback through TestFlight or contact Nexus. Include your iPhone model, the app version and the steps that caused the problem. Avoid sharing customer details in screenshots.
