Your driver quote must be the full final price for the agreed service, including all costs and VAT where applicable. Include loading and unloading help, two-person handling, stairs and any agreed room-of-choice service.
Do not add charges to the customer after the quote is accepted. Check the details and clarify anything uncertain before submitting or accepting a quote.

Yes. Drive It supports your direct customer bookings alongside suitable marketplace work, with route planning, supported tracking and proof of delivery in the connected workflow.
Will signing up guarantee courier work?
No. Marketplace opportunities depend on demand, location, suitability and customer choice. Joining does not guarantee jobs or earnings.
Do I need approval before accessing the driver tools?
Yes. Complete the full application and requested checks. Downloading the app does not approve your account. Follow the application process and review the current access and plan conditions.
What should my courier quote include?
All costs for the agreed job and VAT where applicable. Confirm the goods, route, dates, access and handling requirements first. The accepted price is the final price for that agreed service.
