Delivery tracking software that stays connected to the booking
For courier owners and growing operations
Delivery tracking software for your working day
A customer asks where their delivery is. Your team needs the booking, its planned route and the latest recorded progress in view. Nexus brings those parts of the conversation together, with Drive It supporting the driver’s part of the job.
What is delivery tracking software?
Delivery tracking software connects the delivery record with customer-facing progress. It helps explain the current stage of a job, while proof of delivery records its outcome.
A tracking link is useful when the underlying order is clear. Record the collection and delivery addresses separately, keep customer details with the booking and check that the job is attached to the intended route. The customer’s delivery record then has a meaningful context.
A practical walkthrough
From a booking to a delivery update
- Book the work with its reference, contact details and collection or delivery requirements.
- Plan the route and check the assignment before sharing the supported customer tracking link.
- Review the latest recorded status and delivery evidence when the customer follows up.
For repeat merchant work, the same reference can anchor the office conversation and the delivery record. Start with Drive It for an owner-driver workflow, or explore Nexus when several people need to coordinate the operation.
Your questions, answered
Is delivery tracking the same as proof of delivery?
No. Tracking describes delivery progress. Proof of delivery records the outcome, with the recipient details and evidence collected through the supported workflow.
Where can I check the current Drive It plan?
The Nexus product plans page sets out the current Drive It subscription, trial eligibility and separate usage charges. Follow the plan link before registering.
