Trial eligibility and what happens afterwards
- 90 days free for the first 50 eligible approved new drivers; 30 days for eligible new drivers after that. Availability is confirmed during registration.
- One introductory trial per customer across Nexus products. Existing subscribers do not receive another trial when adding or switching products.
- No card required. No paid subscription starts automatically.
- After the trial, return to the free plan with saved work available read-only, or choose to upgrade for £79 per month including VAT.
- Any longer trial already granted keeps its confirmed end date.
Separate charges and service details
- Driver-network jobs are free to list. The posting driver pays £42 including VAT when another driver accepts or a quote is awarded. Transport payment is agreed separately between drivers.
- Google Maps usage is billed separately by Google. Optional notification services and other published usage charges are separate.
- On Deliverate customer bookings, you set or accept the courier charge. The customer booking fee is separate from your agreed courier earnings.
- Optional customer tracking and POD costs £42 including VAT unless the selected service includes it. This customer charge is separate from courier pay and the driver-network success fee.
- Tracking needs the supported workflow, device permissions and connectivity. Jobs and earnings are not guaranteed.

- Complete your driver application. Add the information and documents needed for review.
- Choose how you want to work. Use Deliverate free, activate Drive It, or use both.
- Keep every job together. Quotes, job-specific messages, routes, tracking and POD stay attached to the correct delivery.
Nexus does not guarantee jobs, earnings or a minimum volume of work. Drivers choose which suitable opportunities to pursue.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need separate accounts for Deliverate and Drive It?
No. Your Nexus driver account is the shared account for both services. You use one email address, one driver application and one approved identity.
Can I use Deliverate without paying £79 a month?
Yes. Deliverate is free for approved drivers to join and use to view suitable opportunities and submit courier quotes. Drive It is an optional subscription for business-management features.
What does the £79 Drive It subscription include?
It includes the driver workspace, route planning, customer tracking, digital proof of delivery and the ability to add and manage your own customer jobs. The price is £79 a month including VAT.
Who pays the Deliverate booking fee?
The customer pays the Deliverate booking fee separately from the courier’s transport charge. The fee is 15% of the courier charge, subject to a minimum booking fee of £15. Optional tracking and proof of delivery is a separate customer charge of £42 including VAT unless the selected service explicitly includes it.
Are courier jobs or earnings guaranteed?
No. Availability depends on customer demand, location, vehicle requirements and other job conditions. Drivers decide which suitable opportunities to quote for or accept.
